After accusing Rockstar of union busting after the studio reportedly dismissed 30 to 40 workers final Thursday (October 30), The Unbiased Staff’ Union of Nice Britain (IWGB) has issued claims in opposition to the developer for unfairly dismissing workers.
Although Rockstar claimed the employees have been fired for leaking “confidential data,” and the dismissals weren’t associated to union actions, the union led protests exterior the places of work of Rockstar North and Take-Two Interactive in London and Edinburgh.
Now, claiming Rockstar has “declined” to satisfy with the union, IWGB believes “these dismissals quantity to victimisation and collective dismissal linked to commerce union exercise.”
